Job Description:
Trissential is seeking a Part-Time UX/UI Designer to join a remote client team in Minneapolis, MN. The designer will collaborate with the client’s digital and customer experience team to create, test, and enhance digital experiences as part of a digital transformation journey.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with digital product owner and customer experience leader.
- Research, wireframe, sketch, and prototype user experiences.
- Analyze user data and improve user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
- Lead usability testing initiatives.
- Apply industry best practices for UX/UI design.
Qualifications:
- User Research, Information Architecture, Wireframing, Prototyping.
- Visual Design, Interaction Design, User Testing.
- Problem-Solving, Collaboration, Proficiency in Design Tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of digital design experience.
- Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Experience in ADA standards, usability testing.
Desired Skills:
Candidates with experience in designing Portal experiences in insurance, financial services, or healthcare will be preferred.
Benefits:
The part-time role pays between $55 - $65 per hour.
