Job Description
The UX team is seeking a contract UX designer with a passion for inclusivity and accessibility. The candidate will collaborate with Product Managers in Agile environments to deliver innovative designs for internal and external users.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional UX design experience
- Experience with design systems and pattern libraries
- Proficient in design thinking methodologies
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative analytics for design
- Skilled in developing User Flows, wireframing, and prototyping
- Knowledge of web accessibility and implementation in UX
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills

- Pay Rate Range: $40 - $50.00/Hour
