Job Description

• Lead user experience design efforts for a client project focused on revamping a CRM.
• Conduct rapid user research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Develop user-centered design solutions and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders for a seamless user experience.
• Document design decisions and rationale for future reference.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in user experience design.
• Proven ability to lead and prioritize design efforts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to deliver within tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
• Passion for creating user-friendly and efficient experiences.
