Job Description

The ideal candidate for this remote UX Designer position will be responsible for tasks from UX Research to Prototype design. They should be adaptable to work on projects in various phases of discovery, design, and delivery, with a focus on empathizing with clinical staff and internal users in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing in the healthcare domain.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for new features and enhancements.
• User Persona and User Journey Development: Contribute to creating user personas and journeys based on research findings.
• Usability Analysis: Analyze usability test results to improve user experience.
• Documentation: Document design processes, user flows, and decisions for team clarity.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate user-centered design principles.
• Feedback Iteration: Participate in design reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of UX design principles and usability testing.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.
• Interest in healthcare technology and creating user-friendly solutions.
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a team environment.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as HCI, UX Design, Interaction Design, or Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating understanding of UX principles through wireframes, prototypes, user flows, etc.
