Job Description:

The Marketing Operations team at Claroty is seeking a part-time Web developer/designer to join for 20 hours a week. The role involves enhancing web presence through innovative design and website development. Responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining multiple websites for a seamless user experience.
• Optimizing website architecture for front-end aesthetics and back-end functionality.
• Driving conversion rate optimization best practices and experimentation for database growth.
• Collaborating with the Demand Generation team to implement SEO best practices.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in website development and design for B2B SaaS companies or similar.
• Expert knowledge of Statamic CMS, Laravel PHP, Figma, and Server management.
• Proficiency in web programming languages like HTML, CSS, Java, and PHP.
• Proven experience with web tools/plug-ins such as Hotjar, GA4, and SEMRush.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design best practices and website layout creation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities.
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in working with outside partners for the correct execution of website projects.
• Portfolio of work examples required.

Additional Information:

• The expected hourly range is $50 - $75. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
