We are looking for a Social Media Manager to oversee Specscart’s social media channels, shape the brand’s digital presence, and drive customer engagement through storytelling and compelling content creation.

What you will be doing:

• Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Instagram and Twitter to increase followers and engagement.
• Develop and maintain a social content calendar aligned with business priorities and marketing calendars.
• Propose innovative campaign ideas to enhance customer engagement, such as podcasts, live chats, and collaborations with influencers.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platforms like TikTok to optimize communication strategies.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on budget management and ROI across social media channels.
• Engage with customers through comments and direct messages to enhance community interaction.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Identify and engage with relevant influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.

Requirements:

Qualifying Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation with a focus on increasing engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and visual design skills.
• Familiarity with analytical tools and data interpretation for decision-making.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
