Job Description:

The Senior UX Designer will lead, execute, and optimize work product and processes based on input from stakeholders. They will create and transform digital experiences for a commercial audience in the automotive technology field, while balancing business needs with user goals. Responsibilities include guiding user experience across website strategy and web-based software.

Requirements:

• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion in a remote environment.
• Strong knowledge of Interaction Design, Design Research, Information Architecture, and UX.
• Experience in delivering projects from definition to execution.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Experience in combining quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High-level knowledge of Figma or other design software.
• Passion for the automotive and transportation industry.
• 4+ years of digital and software design experience.
• 1+ year of experience leading and coaching UX designers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred degree in User Experience Design or related field.
