Job Description

The UI/UX Designer role within the Government People Group involves working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver user-centered services for civil servants. This includes transforming digital services for the employee journey from recruitment to retirement. The successful candidate will be part of the Digital Learning Team, supporting the Civil Service Learning website and service.

Requirements

Essential criteria for the role include relevant experience in service design, proficiency in prototyping, ability to work in an agile environment, interpret user research, and design user interfaces. The candidate should engage the entire team in the design process and have a background in user-centered design.
