Job Description:

XMG, Partner LLC, is seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer for a groundbreaking equity position. The role involves spearheading collaboration with cross-functional teams, crafting innovative design solutions, creating iconic user interfaces, pioneering user research methodologies, and pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation. The designer will lead in redefining user experience and champion pioneering design technologies while articulating design rationale to internal teams and potential investors.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, along with a trailblazing portfolio showcasing impact on innovative products. Mastery of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and proficiency in crafting wireframes and prototypes are essential. Excellent communication skills, ability to absorb and apply feedback, and an inclination towards innovation are required. Interest in front-end development and coding languages is a distinct advantage.
