Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer at W2 Inc, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to create engaging user experiences for the transformation program roadmap. Your responsibilities will include designing user interface mockups, creating prototypes, developing design specifications, and crafting design artifacts to communicate design approaches.
If UX work is not needed during the project cycle, you may also assist with coding design and features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX experience
- Proficiency in interaction design, visual design, branding, UX research, and more
- Expertise in tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design and prototyping tools
- Experience with user research, user testing, and feedback implementation
- Ability to design for web and iOS platforms, including responsive design
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing environments and tight timelines
- Knowledge of Agile development approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Hands-on programming skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a plus
