Job Description:

Craft: Marketing Studio is King’s in-house creative production agency that supports King’s marketing organization with exceptional creative work. As a Producer at Craft, you will be the primary contact for stakeholders, collaborating closely with internal creatives, game teams, and external agencies to deliver outstanding creative work on time and within budget. You will be responsible for driving concepts for campaigns across various channels, with a focus on creative production such as video, static, animation, and digital products.

Requirements:

- Experience leading the production of creative campaigns, preferably in an entertainment or advertising environment

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- People management skills with a focus on team development

- Proficient in managing budgets, forecasting, and scheduling of projects

- Ability to negotiate deals and buyout rights with external companies and freelancers

- Extensive knowledge of animation and post-production processes

- Familiarity with analyzing creative performance data and trends for improving assets

- Proactive in developing and refining creative processes

- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining consistent quality and style in content

- Experience leading and motivating small creative teams

Additional Information:

- Bonus points for previous experience in mobile gaming, production of user acquisition content, knowledge of Workfront, and understanding of different ad platforms and app store requirements
