Job Description:

• Conducting user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Creating and maintaining user journey maps, personas, and scenarios
• Translating research findings into design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design principles
• Developing and iterating on workflow and interaction designs
• Utilizing existing Design System and UI styles to maintain consistency
• Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UX design

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX design and user research
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma and Miro
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of software development processes and interaction design
• Experience with hardware/software integration

Other Information:

• Contract-to-Hire position with pay rate range of $45-70/hr. on W2
• Location: Hybrid role in Seattle, WA (3 days onsite)
• Must have highly regulated experience in industries like med device, aerospace, or automotive
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or related field
