Job Description

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Verizon, you will be responsible for creating artistic and compelling design solutions for various mediums. This includes designing marketing collateral, in-store POP, print advertisements, presentations, and packaging. You will maintain brand consistency, apply advanced design techniques, lead concept development, provide art direction, and collaborate with internal teams and third parties to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you need a Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant work experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with design principles, and being a proficient Mac user. Experience in graphic design, a strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities, creative thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are also essential. Additionally, a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving design trends is important.

Work Environment

In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum of eight assigned office days per month, set by your manager.

Compensation

For this position in certain locations, the compensation ranges between $88,000.00 and $163,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. Part-time roles will have adjusted compensation based on hours worked. This position also offers incentives with potential earnings beyond the base salary.
