Job Description

This is an in-person role as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Our Little Secret: the 23andMe Musical in Edinburgh. Responsibilities include managing and growing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and executing digital marketing strategies. Tasks may involve attending shows, filming backstage and audience reactions, posting live content on various platforms, managing Instagram, creating Tweets, utilizing hashtags, forming partnerships for cross-promotion, tracking results, and potentially creating TikToks.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, possess a good attitude, be a good communicator, and a hard worker. Excellent writing and communication skills are essential. Experience in managing social media accounts, understanding digital marketing strategies, working effectively in a team, and demonstrating creative thinking and problem-solving abilities are necessary. While an interest or experience in theatre is a plus, it is not required.
