Job Description

Knowledge Services is seeking a part-time and remote Sr. UI/UX Designer for a long-term contract opportunity. The role will involve supporting about 20 hours per week and be 100% remote while working during core EST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research and develop assets like user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups
• Drive implementation of design patterns and style guide in product development
• Design new experiences and capabilities for expanding partnerships
• Conduct user research, prototype testing, and provide feedback to software development
• Collaborate with product managers and identify solutions for user groups
• Complete other product design activities as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of UI/UX experience
• Proficiency in Figma for UX Design, open to other design tools
• Experience in new product design and greenfield projects with best practices implementation
• Understanding of UI Development technologies like React, JavaScript, Python, MySQL
• Strong communication skills for user research, interviews, and making design recommendations
• Prior UI/UX mobile application experience would be a plus
