Work Schedule: Freelance (6 months), Location: Singapore (Hybrid/Remote).

As a Junior Designer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining brand consistency and creating visually appealing designs. You’ll collaborate closely with Art Directors, Writers, and UXers, and report to the Creative Lead. Your responsibilities will include translating creative concepts into engaging designs, staying updated on design trends, and solving design problems collaboratively.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional graphic design work, including digital media and animation.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions beyond traditional graphic design.
• Professional proficiency in English for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Enthusiasm for learning and taking on increasing responsibility.
• Exemplary personal traits including optimism, drive, empathy, trustworthiness, and kindness.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Designers, Art Directors, Writers, and UXers to translate creative concepts into engaging designs.
• Participate in internal reviews and effectively present your work.
• Develop designs that adhere to brand guidelines and contribute innovative ideas.
• Participate in proactive discussions to further define project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain regular communication with the Creative Director on project approaches.
• Build knowledge of client brands and industries.
• Communicate project statuses and updates clearly to the team.
