Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at Traders Hub Currency Brokerage, you will play an instrumental role in shaping our brand identity and enhancing customer experience. Your responsibilities will include translating creative concepts into visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience. You will produce all graphic and digital assets intended for various platforms, including web pages, email templates, print materials, and advertising campaigns. Your focus on detail and aesthetics will ensure high-quality visuals that engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the company’s visual identity and ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Produce visually appealing static designs, motion graphics, animations, videos, presentations, infographics, and diagrams.
• Apply brand-appropriate sound effects, music, and voiceovers for video production.
• Select and edit high-quality images for marketing campaigns.
• Create graphic designs and digital assets for social media posts, advertisements, newsletters, webpages, banners, presentations, and brochures.
• Build and maintain a visual asset library for the marketing team.
• Incorporate new techniques and technologies into design projects and streamline the creative process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in graphic design, and new software/technology.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Produce work independently and deliver on time with minimal supervision.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your direct manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, film, animation, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Expertise in design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Strong storytelling and creative vision with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Diversity in graphic design projects, including previous work in motion graphics and video editing.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, InVision, InDesign, and Canva.
• Knowledge of UAE culture, controversial topics, and laws governing social media content in the UAE.
• Proficiency in Figma (preferred).
• Experience with branding, marketing, and advertising projects (preferred).
• Experience in photography and videography (preferred).
• Experience in the financial sector (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
