Job Description

As a Designer in the Design Studios team, you will be part of a larger team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, creating high-quality, compelling creative work. Your role will involve working with consultant teams to complete design projects from end to end by executing complex and ambiguous briefs with minimal direction. You will translate business language and processes into creative ideas, concepts, and engaging stories that achieve their vision while leveraging storytelling in compliance with BCG standards.

You’ll participate in creative briefs that capture the business challenge, conceptualize and ideate creative solutions, and support all design decisions with creative, strategic, and/or business reasoning. You will present creative concepts and discuss ideas with internal clients, managing multiple creative projects simultaneously and ensuring client satisfaction with the quality of the results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in a professional services environment, design startup, or design agency.

• Proven strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Firefly, After Effects, Premiere, etc.) as well as MS Office (interactive PowerPoint). Experience with Sketch/InVision Studio, Verint, and ArcMap is a plus, along with a talent for free-hand illustrations and/or digital drawings.

• Experience working in a collaborative design environment; work experience in global teams is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of visual design and visual theory (i.e., composition, color theory, typography, etc.), with a sharp eye for layout design and a strong affinity for the latest design trends and new media (augmented/virtual reality, social media, etc.).

• Proven strong B2B experience, deep knowledge of business language, and demonstrated client-facing experience, with persuasive and dynamic presentation skills.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Fluency in English & Arabic, both written and verbal.
