Job Description

We want a visual designer that has a stellar portfolio, that can help us evolve the aesthetic of our digital experiences. We are partnering with our brand team as they evolve our brand. This evolution needs to be explored in our digital experiences and adhere to this greater vision.

Responsibilities include:

• Create mockups of our usbank.com website, dashboards, mobile apps, apply flows, onboarding experiences, etc.
• Heavily involved in a design thinking exercise where we will be defining quality for our experience design teams.
• Establish clear documentation that helps all designers meet a high-quality standard.
• Perform competitive analysis of direct/indirect competitors and monitor the marketplace for new trends to inform the research and design process.
• Leverage human-centered design methods (design-thinking, service design, research/insights, etc.) to plan, create, and present persuasive, engaging, and strategic ideas that influence product roadmaps and demonstrate a solution’s potential for success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10 years of experience working in digital design and visual experiences.
• Top 3 relevant skills: Visual Design, Design Thinking, Design Systems.
• Strong Figma experience.
• Effective presentation creation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
