Job Description

Our client is a premier event management company based in Riyadh. Their services include planning and organizing exhibitions, gala dinners, conferences, summits, corporate events, fundraisers, product launches, networking events, and festivals. They are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their team in Riyadh.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs and marketing materials that promote our events. Your unique blend of artistic flair and understanding of event aesthetics will be key to captivating our target audience and creating memorable event experiences.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create captivating event visuals, including posters, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and email templates.
• Branding and Identity: Ensure that event materials adhere to brand guidelines and align with the overall brand identity; develop event-specific logos and visual elements as needed.
• Event Collateral: Design event materials such as event programs, brochures, name badges, tickets, banners, and rollups; create event signage and wayfinding graphics for a seamless attendee experience.
• Digital and Social Media: Design graphics for social media posts, event websites, and online advertisements; create visually compelling email templates for event invitations and updates.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team, event planners, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and objectives; communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to gain feedback and approval.

KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)

• Evaluation of the overall quality, creativity, and innovation in design concepts.
• Maintaining visual consistency with the brand guidelines across all event materials.
• Measure the impact of event designs on attendee engagement and conversion rates.
• Meeting design project deadlines in alignment with event timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing event-related design work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of event aesthetics and the ability to tailor designs to specific events and target audiences.
• Knowledge of the latest design trends and industry best practices.
• Strong creativity and artistic skills to conceptualize original and visually appealing designs.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, layout, and color palettes.
• Time management skills to handle multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate last-minute design changes and adjustments.
