Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate: Work closely with our technology and delivery teams to overcome UX challenges and deliver high-quality products.
- Innovate: Design user experiences that are simple, elegant, and effective. Your work will range from initial research to the delivery of detailed and accessible interface designs.
- Engage: Interface with stakeholders across the business, ensuring that our designs meet both customer and business needs.
- Prototype: Use a variety of tools to create prototypes that bring our ideas to life.
Key Soft Skills:
- Passion for Design: Youâre driven by a love for UI/UX and have a strong desire to innovate.
- Research Savvy: You know how to conduct design research, from planning to synthesis, ensuring that your designs are grounded in real user needs.
- Experience: Familiarity with iOS, Android, or both; understanding the importance of design guidelines and inclusive design principles.
- Team Player: You work well with others, value feedback, and know when to delegate or ask for help.
- Mentorship: If youâre applying for a senior position, a proven track record of mentoring junior designers and leading design initiatives is required.
