Job Description

Our company is proliferating and is searching for experienced candidates for the Video Editor position. The role involves assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading it to a computer. Candidates must have a high technical proficiency in configuring a variety of cameras and equipment, and they should understand the best practices for capturing various media formats and aspect ratios. Additional responsibilities include inputting sound to enhance footage, which may involve selecting music and writing voice-overs, as well as inputting graphics to enhance footage and digitally splicing film and video to synchronize them into one rough cut file. We seek individuals who can edit music to maximize impact, work closely with directors, producers, and other team members, and act as a calming influence during production. A strong technical and creative passion for videography is essential.

Requirements

• High technical proficiency in configuring various cameras and equipment
