Job Description

Crunchy Carrots, based in Falkirk, is experiencing a significant period of growth with aspirations to become the leading digital marketing agency for SMEs in Scotland. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team and support clients’ growth by delivering creative, on-brand marketing strategies. In this role, you will manage your own accounts, collaborate with the Head of Marketing, and execute daily marketing strategies, including pitching new ideas, growing brand awareness, and understanding client objectives.

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in an agency setting.

Skills:

• Strong ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
• Experience in social media content creation, including design and copywriting.
• Understanding of marketing strategies and translating them into engaging content.
• Familiarity with various sectors such as trade, construction, retail, hospitality, sports, and IT is preferred.
• Proficiency in delivering analytics and reporting to clients.
• Ability to generate various marketing collateral on request, including newsletters.
