Job Description

Our client is seeking a UX Designer who will investigate user experience design requirements for the company’s digital assets. They will also develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI and UX design strategy for the brand. This opportunity is located in Miami, FL!

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital assets.
• Test UI elements like CTAs, banners, page layouts, and page flows for landing pages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, internal and external designers to create tailored digital experiences.
• Provide guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Adhere to style standards for typography and graphic design.
• Generate multiple credible design solutions based on analysis.
• Exhibit mastery of shared design tools and software.
• Identify design problems and opportunities within a brief and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Participate in both divergent and convergent group work sessions.
• Work independently with some guidance on larger, open-ended design problems.
• Explore, refine, and thoroughly document design solutions.
• Objectively evaluate and refine concepts based on prototype learnings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of high-fidelity prototyping and testing experiences.
• Experience with user-centric design methodologies.
• Experience designing technical and/or business web applications.
• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience with Conversational Design or Natural Language design for IVR, Chatbots, and similar technologies.
