Job Description

Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing and creating user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing look and feel. This role will involve conducting user research, usability testing, and developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with user requirements and business goals. Collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders is crucial to define design requirements and deliver solutions that meet project objectives. The designer will also translate complex concepts into user-friendly designs, maintain design documentation, stay current with industry trends, and advocate for user-centered design principles.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design for various devices and screen sizes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
