Job Description

Filmateria Studios is looking for a creative, motivated, amazing person to join our growing team. Filmateria specializes in high-end film and video production, PR, Event Production, and various other creative outputs. As a small company that staffs up for big projects, we seek a junior producer who can manage projects, book crew, work closely with clients, as well as market and sell Filmateria Services. We value smart, versatile individuals who bring ideas, enthusiasm, and motivation. Being self-starting is essential.

Key responsibilities include overseeing multiple projects, managing budgets by tracking expenditures and negotiating with vendors, setting and tracking schedules, booking crew, updating project sites, and meeting with clients in person and over the phone.

Requirements

• Great organization skills

• Knowledge of creative workflow including assigning tasks, setting milestones, apprising clients, and keeping projects on target

• Excellent people skills

• Ability to think and act quickly with good judgment

• Strong enthusiasm for working with customers

• A minimum of 2 years of work experience with customers or projects

• Microsoft Office experience is a plus
