Job Description

Seeking a talented Web & Graphic Designer who loves to create modern, beautiful designs for websites, ad campaigns, digital media & more. This role is available as a full-time or part-time position with a salary range of £27,000 - £37,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a vibrant and forward-thinking digital marketing agency, we strive to deliver bold, impactful designs. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced designer to join our team and take the lead in pushing our design capabilities to the next level.

Your role will involve leading the creative direction and execution of web and advertising design projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client work.

Requirements

We’re looking for:

• Flawless communication skills and fluency in English.
• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Proven 2+ years of experience in web and ad creative design.
• Experience with Figma and the Adobe Suite.
• A strong portfolio of historic work.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
• Drive to deliver work you can be proud of.

Nice-to-haves include:

• Degree-level education (preferred but not essential).
• Experience working in an agency setting.
• Experience in technical and B2B spaces.

Additional Information

Location: We operate on a hybrid basis, with at least two days per week working at our offices in Kingston, South West London.

The team currently consists of 8 regular members across various functions along with frequently used freelancers and collaborators.
