Job Description

OLAPLEX, Inc. is seeking a temporary UX/UI Designer to support a site redesign project. In this role, you will review designs from the agency alongside marketing, creative, and e-commerce leads. You will provide feedback on UX/UI best practices, including ADA compliance. Depending on business needs, you may need to rework or design certain modules and pages to hand over to the agency. You will also play a key role in building an A/B testing roadmap to evaluate any new features or customer journeys on the site. This position focuses primarily on investigation and experience design (85%), with some emphasis on testing and data tracking (15%).

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with UX/UI design and analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma

• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Data interpretation and presentation skills

• Experience in a multinational, cross-channel environment is a plus

• Stakeholder management in a matrix organization preferred
