Lead designer needed in Lisbon

Graphic Designer is needed in Portugal.

Requirements:

• Experience in Digital and Product Design: You have a strong portfolio demonstrating work across web, product, and brand design. If you are early in your career but have the right attitude and an eagerness to learn, we would still love to hear from you.
• Proven Ability to Define Brand Aesthetics: You know how to create and maintain a cohesive visual language.
• Mastery of Design Tools: Fluent in using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and any other leading design software.
• A Balance of Creativity and Practicality: You’re able to bring new ideas while considering the functional, practical aspects of design.
• A Strong Work Ethic: More than lots of experience, we value the right mindset—someone eager to grow, learn, and tackle challenges.
• Collaborative Nature: You enjoy working with others and understand the value of cross-functional teamwork.
• Ambition: We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is ready to make a real impact.
• Language Skills: Our working language is English, so proficiency is required. German skills are a plus, but not a must.
