Video Editor is needed in Mumbai, India.

I am looking for a beginner-level video editor for a personal project related to modeling behind-the-scenes footage. This is a part-time contract position that may require the editor to be present at a location for part of the project in Mumbai, India. I expect the project to be delivered within a day. I would appreciate offers within the budget of $15-25 per hour.
