Job Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance Video Editor at Melinda Maria, a modern jewelry brand based in Los Angeles, CA. The Video Editor will be responsible for video editing, color grading, motion graphics, and delivery exports. The role involves close collaboration with the Social Media Coordinator and Marketing team to create elevated content pieces for campaign launches and everyday trends. The brand is looking for video editors who excel at crafting documentary-style brand-centric pieces.

Requirements

• Video Production and Video Editing skills
• Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro
• Expert at crafting narrative storylines for brand storytelling and documentary-style pieces
• Expert at creating viral shorts with brand content
• Experience in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics
• Graphics design skills
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the jewelry or fashion industry is a plus
• Portfolio showcasing relevant video editing and motion graphics work
