Job Description

This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumer’s Energy located in Jackson, Michigan. The position is for a UI/UX Designer and is a hybrid role requiring candidates to be within a commutable distance to Grand Rapids, Michigan, to report onsite 2-3 days a week.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.

Ability to analyze user feedback and data to make informed design decisions.

Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.

Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.

Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.

Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.

Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

USD 45.00 - USD 55.00 Per Hour
