The business has repeatedly won awards for being the best place to work in its sector over consecutive years, making it a great place to call home.

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with marketing, communications, and sales teams to bring the brand to life. Your creative input will help the brand stand out in a competitive market by delivering consistent, high-quality designs across multiple formats. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing impactful materials for print, digital, and video, including brochures, reports, newsletters, and marketing campaigns, and occasional event and exhibition design.
  • Collaborating with internal teams across the business to provide expert guidance on design that aligns with the brand’s visual identity.
  • Working with the head of design to evolve brand guidelines.
  • Managing relationships with external suppliers, such as printers, photographers, and videographers when needed.
  • Supporting on-location photo and video shoots and handling image and video editing in post-production.

  • Proven experience in a graphic design role, ideally with some experience in business-to-business.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
  • Attention to detail with a track record of producing accurate, high-quality designs.
  • Any experience in video editing using Premiere Pro is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working with external suppliers (printers, photographers, videographers).

  • A pension scheme with employer contribution up to 5%.
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity leave and life assurance.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression within a leading brand.
