Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role, you will work within a new PMO on major highways and infrastructure projects in Riyadh City, KSA.

Your responsibilities will include studying design briefs, conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, preparing drafts, developing illustrations and logos, amending designs after feedback, and ensuring final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand. You will be required to create various documents including design reports, status reports, monthly/weekly reports, dashboards, and bidding documents.

You will work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and innovate graphic designs that align with business goals. Collaboration with managers is essential to ensure designs meet organizational standards and accurately represent the company. You will work both independently and with the PMO team to meet deadlines, while also examining existing processes to create solutions that enhance design capabilities. Additionally, you will create new processes and maintain internal databases related to graphic design tasks.

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
  • 8+ years of related work experience
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • Highly creative mindset with the ability to produce professional documents
  • Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Proactive in assisting in PMO efficiency across disciplines

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience in a technical PMO
  • Experience in creating engineering/project management documents/reports
  • Experience in a highly collaborative environment with multidisciplinary departments
