Job Description

CareerElevatePro is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering global talent through career development, recruitment, and skill-building resources. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can contribute to our mission by creating compelling visual content. As a volunteer-based team member, you will design visually engaging materials that align with our brand and help us achieve our goals. The position is a 6-month term with the possibility of extensions.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
• Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.
• Creativity: Strong understanding of branding, logo design, and visual identity, with an ability to generate fresh ideas.
• Technical Needs: Fast internet connection, stable electricity, and a reliable computer are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Create and design visual elements including graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with project goals; develop branding materials such as logos and other assets.
• Collaboration & Refinement: Collaborate with the team to ensure designs align with project vision and branding guidelines; refine visual content based on feedback.
• Content Management: Design and manage graphics for social media, websites, and other platforms, ensuring high standards of creativity and professionalism.
