Job Description

We are looking for a talented and multifaceted designer with strong skills in both graphic and product design. This role will work closely with the design and marketing teams to create visually engaging graphics and innovative product designs that align with the company’s brand identity and customer needs. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who can take design concepts from ideation through execution.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

• Design engaging visual content for print and digital platforms, including advertisements, brochures, banners, and social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all creative assets align with brand guidelines and the company’s overall marketing strategy.
• Develop infographics, presentation materials, and other promotional materials for both internal and external purposes.
• Ensure a consistent visual style across all platforms by creating design templates and guidelines.

Product Design:

• Conceptualize and design new product offerings, from idea generation to prototyping.
• Work closely with the product development team to bring innovative designs to life, ensuring that designs are both functional and aesthetically appealing.
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and market trends, integrating this data into the design process.
• Create 3D renderings and models for proposed products, using industry-standard software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic and product design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and 3D modeling tools (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects, including both graphic and product design work.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with prototyping and user research is a plus.
