Job Description

As a Designer in the Design Studios team, you will be part of a larger team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, creating high-quality, compelling creative work. You will work with our consultant teams, completing design projects end to end by executing complex and ambiguous briefs with minimal direction. Your role will involve translating business language and processes into creative ideas, concepts, and engaging stories to achieve client visions while leveraging storytelling in compliance with BCG standards. You will participate in creative briefs, conceptualize and ideate solutions, support design decisions with strategic reasoning, and present concepts to internal clients. Managing multiple creative projects simultaneously, you will ensure client satisfaction with the quality of results.

Requirements

You should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• You enjoy creating compelling visual solutions including branding, logos, brochures, infographics, presentations, storyboards, posters, data visualizations, corporate communications, web banners, prototypes, marketing materials, etc.
• You are capable of handling projects from creative brief to final deliverable, demonstrating strong knowledge in digital and print artwork preparation.
• You have a keen eye for layout design, an awareness of design trends, and strong skills in selecting photography and developing graphics.
• You are skilled at problem-solving with a consultative approach and have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• You have a desire to pitch innovative concepts and ideas to clients.
• You can translate complex business ideas into compelling visual stories while balancing creativity with business acumen.
• You possess strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced design environment.
• You are energized by design challenges that require innovative thinking and collaborative efforts, whether as part of a team or as an individual contributor.
• You must have a bachelor’s degree in design, graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
• You should have 2-4 years of experience in a professional services environment, design startup, or design agency.
• Proven knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office is essential; experience with Sketch/InVision Studio is a plus.
• You should be familiar with visual design principles, have a strong portfolio, and possess strong B2B experience along with client-facing skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, is required.
