Job Description

We’re on a journey to build something new! As a UX/UI Designer at Traded, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital presence of our brand. Leveraging your expertise in design and user experience, you will create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative digital solutions that resonate with our audience. As a member of the UX/UI team, you’ll partner with engineers and product managers to ensure all our experiences are high quality, easy to use, solve real problems, and drive long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Design seamless and visually compelling user interfaces for our website, ensuring a consistent and on-brand experience across all digital platforms.
• Develop high level and detailed user flow diagrams, wireframes, storyboards, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and functional designs and bring concepts to life.
• Maintain and evolve our digital design guidelines to ensure brand consistency; design and implement styling changes.
• Write User Guides, Release Notes, and other documentation.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of the designs.
• Perform UX/UI research, including user interviews, surveys, and analysis of user interaction data, to refine user personas, journey maps, and inform design direction.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, providing insight into your design process and demonstrating how your work aligns with user needs and business goals.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, UX/UI design, and technology to continuously improve our digital offerings.
• Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your expertise.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, especially Figma, along with tools like ProtoPie or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and an intuitive grasp of what makes an online experience engaging and effective.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
