Job Description

At Nuovo Artistic Photography, we specialize in semi-nude artistic photography and aim to create experiences that promote self-love. With studios located in Montréal, Canada, Florida, and Texas, we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our marketing team in the Old Port of Montreal. This role will be vital in producing high-quality video content that reflects our brand’s vision and marketing goals, reporting directly to the Brand and Content Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Brand and Content Manager to develop and execute creative concepts for marketing video content.
• Perform post-production editing, including sound mixing, color correction, and the integration of special effects.
• Conduct music research and integrate appropriate audio elements to enhance overall video impact.
• Manage and maintain an organized archive of all video and creative content.
• Coordinate with marketing team members to ensure content is optimized for social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Maintain quality control of campaigns prior to launch.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to improve video production and content relevance.
• Ensure all content meets technical and brand guidelines, obtaining necessary approvals throughout the process.

Requirements

• Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with marketing and creative teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively for timely content delivery.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects to drive them to successful completion.
• Experience in producing creative content that resonates with audiences and meets marketing objectives.
• Experience with Meta ad publishing is a strong asset.
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience tailoring messaging for different channels.
