Job Description

As a Sr. Designer at 160over90, you will leverage your keen understanding of experiential marketing design demands to create innovative and memorable cross-channel work. Your role involves storytelling through design, maintaining existing designs, and ensuring consistency across all creative outputs. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical input while leading multiple design-focused projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your creative vision will help brands stand out and engage consumers, ensuring that our work is talked about in the industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience within an experiential marketing agency, design firm, ad agency, or similar setting.
• A degree in Environmental, Interior, Graphic design, marketing/communication design, or a related field.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator), Google Slides, and other relevant software.
• Digital portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Exceptional knowledge and application of design principles including color, composition, and typography.
• Strong time management and communication skills, both visual and verbal.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn quickly.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to understand the advertising industry.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and CGI is a plus.
• Experience in alcoholic beverages is a plus.
• Expert knowledge of design trends and best practices.
