Job Title: Senior Brand Designer

Location: Leeds or Bulgaria

Overview of the role: The PokerStars brand and visual identity is one of its strongest assets. Since the rebrand in 2019, it has been consistently identified as one of the great successes of that project both within PokerStars and Flutter more broadly. As the brand enters a new phase focused on optimization, we need a Senior Brand Designer to lead this charge and shape the brand’s visual representation across our three verticals, especially in propositions and acquisition campaigns. This role follows a hybrid approach to working, combining remote work with time in our modern offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design new visuals for cross-vertical campaigns focused on acquisition and online tournaments.
• Develop and guard local design toolkits in collaboration with marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities to optimize visual identity for greater impact and cohesion.
• Work closely with the studio to enable effective design output for multi-channel rollout.
• Collaborate with the content team for integration of visual identity and storytelling.
• Challenge the need for bespoke designs with business impact in mind.
• Align visual identity with product best practices through close work with UX/UI design functions.
• Serve as a key hub in the creative project team.
• Mentor team members and collaborate closely with stakeholders.
• Analyze briefs and provide feedback to enhance creative output.

Requirements

Essential

• Proven years of design experience.
• Track record of developing high-quality original design work.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Mastery of Adobe CS software, particularly Photoshop.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating deep understanding of creative design.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with self-starting capabilities.
• Excellent typographic skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a positive attitude.

Desirable

• Experience in the betting and gaming industry.
• Familiarity with multiple creative disciplines (animation, 3D, illustration, type, video).
• Experience in guiding or managing junior designers and conducting design reviews.
