Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Senior UX Designer to join our tech-for-good business located in Manchester with hybrid work options. In this role, you will design customer journeys for SaaS products that positively impact people’s lives and are used by over a million users. You will work closely with the research team and will have considerable autonomy to address various design challenges.
Requirements
You should possess at least 5 years of experience in UX design within SaaS or client services environments. Your expertise should include a balance of user-centered design and business strategy. You should be a natural leader, guiding your team through complex projects while promoting inclusivity and accessibility in design.
Key skills needed for this position include:
- User Research & Prototyping: Advanced skills in planning and conducting research to identify friction points and inform design decisions.
- Design Systems & Usability Testing: Expertise in creating and managing design systems and leading usability testing sessions.
- Collaboration & Agile Experience: Strong team player with experience working within agile frameworks and aligning UX with development.
