Job Description

Clio is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team for a 12-month contract. This role is available to candidates across Canada, excluding Quebec, and can be performed remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating ideas and concepts into brand-propelling content, developing and executing creative content across all marketing channels for the Clio Brand, the annual Legal Trends Report, and other programs. You will be part of a fun, fast-paced in-house creative team that is collaborative and passionate about growing the Clio brand.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

• 2-5 years of graphic design experience, ideally with a mix of agency and client-side experience.
• Experience and comfort in fast-paced and multiple workstream environments.
• Strong understanding and experience with both print and digital design processes.
• Self-starting, pro-active, and take-charge work ethic.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating an ability to develop ideas with exceptional design quality for a broad range of design assets.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Keynote.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong relationship building skills and ability to communicate with team members at all levels.
• A keen eye for detail and precision.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, meet timelines, and work independently.

Bonus points for:

• Experience designing for print in large and small scale formats.
• Experience crafting engaging presentation designs in Keynote and Google Slides.
• Past experience working in a SaaS company.

Compensation

The expected new hire base pay for this role is $5,000/month.
