Are you an experienced UX designer who knows Figma like the back of their hand, obsesses over typography and eats complex UX challenges for breakfast? Join our design team, where you’ll play a significant role in creating beautifully simple user experiences for our clients and contribute to nurturing the creative culture within our dynamic agency. webdna is an award-winning design, marketing, and digital development agency based in Nottingham’s Creative Quarter, recognized for building excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team who is driven to deliver excellent results. The successful candidate will:

• Be a highly experienced visual designer with a range of UX and UI project experience.
• Have proficient working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design-related software.
• Preferably hold a bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Have a portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
• Show attention to detail, possess exceptional organizational skills, and communicate clearly with a high level of written English.
• Present design ideas and concepts effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Be a team player while also able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

As a part of the webdna team, you will be expected to:

• Participate in the website design process from initial client workshops to delivery.
• Produce high-quality UX design solutions through various design methodologies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and designers to create tailored user experiences.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, presenting work clearly.
• Manage multiple projects and meet realistic deadlines.
• Utilize additional skills in photography, animation, video production, illustration, or coding, if applicable.

What We Offer

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience).
