Are you an experienced UX designer who knows Figma like the back of their hand, obsesses over typography and eats complex UX challenges for breakfast? Requirements
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer who shares our values and is driven to deliver excellent results. The successful candidate will:
- Be a highly experienced visual designer with a background in UX and UI projects.
- Have proficient working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design-related software.
- Preferably possess a bachelorâs degree or similar qualification in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Have a portfolio showcasing previous digital design work to demonstrate experience and creativity.
- Show attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and clear communication ability (high level of written English).
- Have the ability to present design ideas and concepts effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a team player who can also work independently.
Key Responsibilities
The UX Designer will be expected to:
- Participate in the website design process from initial client workshops to delivery.
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions, including wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, and prototypes.
- Create visual designs of websites, landing pages, and iconography along the customer journey.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and internal/external designers for tailored user experiences.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to present work and articulate design rationale.
- Engage in pitching ideas and concepts to clients and prospects.
- Visually display complicated concepts.
- Adhere to brand guidelines while creating visual designs and assets.
- Manage multiple projects, set appropriate expectations, and meet realistic deadlines.
- Additional skills in photography, animation, video production, illustration, or coding would be beneficial.

Salary: ÂŁ32,000 - ÂŁ35,000 (dependent on experience).
