Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will:

• Be a strategic sparring partner for your Product Owner and team members, assisting in making short- and long-term decisions.
• Be part of the Discovery Process, where you and your team gather new insights, identify problems, and conceptualize and validate solutions.
• Engage users and stakeholders in your process to understand their needs and goals.
• Design and test new interfaces for Smart Facilities and the data-driven operating model, collaborating with Developers to bring them to life.
• Facilitate workshops and apply Design Thinking methods.
• Work on use cases that have a direct impact on the airport and its passengers, and witness the results as you walk through the airport.

Requirements

What you bring:

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with a structured process from concept to realization.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for sharing your design and thought process.
• Proficiency in Figma, experience working with Design Systems, and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience designing dashboards and integrating data into your interfaces.
• A generalist mindset: you enjoy designing, conducting research, and brainstorming about strategy.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for working with users and mapping out complex processes.
• The ability to create structured designs and substantiate them within and outside your team.

You should be able to:

• Think and act strategically in collaboration with Product Owners and team members.
• Gather new insights and identify problems during the Discovery Process.
• Effectively engage users and stakeholders in the design process.
• Design and test interfaces that contribute to a data-driven operating model.
• Facilitate workshops and apply Design Thinking methods.
