Job Description

Minds Beyond Measure (MBM), a nonprofit organization established in 2019, aims to inspire and empower students and teachers to improve educational outcomes in New York and developing countries. As a Web Developer, you will play a vital role in advancing our mission by creating Google Ads campaigns, driving traffic to the website, and enhancing the user experience. You will work closely with the CEO/Founder to meet web development goals, while also improving your skills and contributing to our organizational values and vision.

Requirements

Must be willing to commit a minimum of 2 hours a week and a 3-month commitment is required.

• Experience in building and optimizing Google Ad campaigns to drive traffic and raise awareness.
• Proficient in using Google Analytics and SEO for gathering insights.
• Able to maintain and optimize secure web pages for evolving business needs.
• Experience in coding and scripting applications.
• Ability to perform routine site audits and ongoing maintenance.
• Stays current with industry trends, needs, innovations, and opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for maintaining direction with team members and supervisors.
