Job Description

Minds Beyond Measure (MBM) is a nonprofit organization established in 2019, dedicated to inspiring and empowering students and teachers to improve educational outcomes in New York and developing countries. We are seeking a Web Developer who will play a vital role in achieving our goals. This position involves creating and optimizing Google Ad campaigns to increase awareness and drive traffic to our website, while also enhancing user navigation and experience.

The developer will closely collaborate with the CEO/Founder to meet web development goals and will have the opportunity to grow their development and organizational skills. A commitment to our organizational values and mission is essential, and a recommendation/reference letter will be provided upon completion of the role.

Requirements

• Must be willing to commit a minimum of 2 hours a week.
• Must be willing to make a 3-month commitment.
• Experience with Google Ads and creating campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and SEO.
• Ability to maintain and optimize secure web pages for evolving business needs.
• Proficient in coding and scripting applications.
• Experience in performing routine site audits and maintenance as needed.
• Strong communication skills to maintain direction with team members and supervisors.
• Knowledge of industry trends, needs, innovations, and opportunities.
