Role: Web Designer
Location: Philadelphia, PA - Hybrid
Salary: $75-100k DOE

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality website designs, including user interfaces and user experiences.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company’s digital presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and usability.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into effective and intuitive designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A passion for creating innovative and user-centered designs.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
