Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join an innovative and growing organisation expanding its technology and design team. If you’re passionate about shaping user experiences and have a strong background in design, this role is for you!
Requirements
Preferred:
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with AB/MVT testing and performance analytics.
- Team leadership and customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
- Refine designs with cross-functional teams.
- Perform UX audits and ensure a seamless experience.
- Conduct user research, define hypotheses, and map journeys.
- Present findings to internal teams.
- Develop prototypes and lead discovery sessions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in UX/UI design and user research.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Knowledge of usability testing and Agile/Lean UX.
- Bachelor’s in UX Design, HCI, or related field.
- Experience with personas, empathy maps, and journey mapping.
